A large contingent of Welsh food and drink companies will soon be packing their bags and making their way across the Severn Bridge to do business at the UK’s largest international food show. Over 1300 exhibitors will be present at The International Food and Drink Event (IFE) in London, all looking to find new buyers and distributors from across the world. This year, Wales will host the judging of the Welsh entries to the Great Taste Awards 2015.  This will be the first time that the judging for the awards is held in Wales and will be a wonderful opportunity to promote the wealth of quality products produced here.    Judging will take place in the Cardiff area in early June 2015.   Entries for the 2014 Great Taste Awards were oversubscribed, therefore we would encourage you to submit your entries as soon as possible to avoid disappointment.   I look forward to welcoming your entries and to raising the profile of your business and your products
